GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: First impressions are critical. This is where our housekeepers play a very vital role. The appearance of the Ranch needs to say, "Welcome, we are glad you are here". Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning Ranch facilities such as dorms, motel rooms, lodge rooms, cabins, lodge rooms and lodge in general.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To clean facilities by Ranch standards
2. To report any maintenance problems in guest rooms
3. To keep guestrooms and bathrooms stocked with necessary supplies
4. To complete cleaning assignments and redo anything found lacking by supervisor
5. Greet our guests with a smile and express a genuine appreciation for them
6. Follow all safety regulations
7. Follow all Ranch standards guidelines
8. Assist in keeping inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies
9. Evaluate current season and make recommendations for following season
10. These are not the only duties to be assigned. Some duties may be reassigned and other duties assigned as required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Ability to work under time constraints
2. Ability to efficiently adjust to last minute changes
3. Ability to work under close supervision as well as limited supervision
4. Good physical condition

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Ability to accept guidance and supervision
2. Enthusiasm, patience, sense of humor and self-control
3. Ability to give attention to detail
4. Team player
