GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Helping with building projects as well as general ranch maintenance and grounds upkeep.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Repairs doors, windows, locks, plumbing, general maintenance, and construction and remodeling of buildings and facilities
2. May operate tractors and all Ranch equipment
3. Must be available for emergency overtime work
4. Greet our guests with a smile and express a genuine appreciation for them
5. Follow all safety regulations
6. Follow all Ranch standards guidelines
7. Maintain smoke detector log and various other records
8. Evaluate current season and make recommendations for following season
9. These are not the only duties to be assigned. Some duties may be reassigned and other duties assigned as required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Good physical condition
2. Ability to react, act quickly in case of emergency

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, cement work, and painting
2. Knowledge of the operation of tools and equipment required by Ranch Maintenance Personnel
3. Must have a valid drivers license
4. Ability to work under close supervision as well as limited supervision
