FREE RANCH ACTIVITIES:
Circle K Ranch guests have access to a wide range of FREE and exciting
activities that appeal to all ages.
 |
HIKING:
Experience the beauty of nature on one of our hiking trails. Trails
range from easy and moderate to more difficult. |
 |
FISHING:
You’ll be surrounded with great places to fish, all within 30 minutes of the
Ranch. If you enjoy river fishing, you don’t even need to leave the Ranch,
for the beautiful Dolores River winds its way through our land. After your
big catch, our ranch cook will be happy to schedule a fish fry!
Fishing licenses may be purchased in the ranch office for those 16 years or
older. You may bring your own pole and gear or we have a few rentals to
try your luck on. |
 |
MOUNTAIN CABLE SLIDE:
Climb up the tower platform, get securely seated, push off and scream as you
rapidly descend a 300 foot decline. Exhilarating!!! A favorite ranch
activity. For the younger ones, a smaller cable slide
awaits their enjoyment. |
 |
ROPES OBSTACLE COURSE:
Designed for team participation. Teams must develop a strategy and
learn to trust and rely on each other to successfully complete the course. This
helps develop camaraderie and a spirit of trust among participants. Develop those team working skills! |
 |
RODEO HORSE EVENTS:
(Only available for “Full Service” group bookings of at least 20 people). Our guests are the participants. We will organize and facilitate a variety of
events such as Flag Pick-up, Barrel Races, and Team Relay Races. These events are an uproar to watch and participate in. Ride-em cowboy!!!! |
 |
RIVER TUBING:
(Bring your own tube). The Dolores River is right at your doorstep. Enjoy exciting float trips through the Dolores Canyon to the Ranch lodge. A bit cold in early June but warms as we get more into the summer. Late August the water may be too low for tubing but you can still swim below
the Ranch bridge. |
|

|
BUCKING BARREL:
Ever dreamed of riding a bucking bronco or wild bull? Here’s your
chance to get a feel of what it might be like. But unlike riding a real animal,
people are in control and determine the level of difficulty, so
all ages can participate and enjoy a safe ride. |
 |
OTHER RANCH ACTIVITIES:
Volleyball, softball, basketball, table pool, ping pong, camp fire meetings,
capture the flag, field games and more!!!!! |
